★ Principle:

A high voltage (High Electric Voltage, > 6000 V) is applied to a specially designed electrode, and an appropriate amount of air (CDA) is introduced as a reaction gas, and a high voltage discharge principle is used to generate a discharge phenomenon in the plasma mechanism. The introduced reaction gas can generate plasma in the discharge phenomenon, and carry out the plasma by the flow direction of the reaction gas. We can use this plasma to make related reactions.

★JET jet plasma features:
    ◎The surface cleaning process is very fast up to 150~250 mm/sec
    ◎Processable area is Ø 35 mm
    ◎The distance of the sample from the plasma outlet is about 8~12 mm

★ BAR type plasma:
    ◎ can be used with online (In-Line) work
    ◎ Just use air (CDA)
    ◎Good stability and cleaning effect
